Audit Process
All documents supporting eligibility to sit for the examination are evaluated by the CNLCP®CB and Professional Testing Corporation (PTS) in conjunction with the standards set forth by the Certification Board. Renewal candidates are randomly selected by the testing corporation for audit twice a year. Candidates selected for audit are sent a letter by the testing corporation notifying them to submit documentation supporting their continuing education and/or points of credit. The testing corporation is notified upon audit verification to release the renewal documents.

Confidentiality

1. The CNLCP®CB will release the individual test scores ONLY to the individual candidate.
2. Any questions concerning the test results should be referred to the CNLCP®CB or the Professional Testing Company.

Upon request from the individuals and/or public, the CNLCP® Certification Board will verify the initial certification of a candidate as well as the date of renewal. Any disciplinary action will also be disclosed if a suspension and/or revocation of the CNLCP designation has been imposed.
